Return/Exchange Policy
All parts are classified as "special order." This means we handle every case depending on circumstances So Customer service is to be contacted as soon as you receive your item and realize there is a problem. All returns are subject to a 20 per cent restock fee. That is what our suppliers charge us so Please be sure you have the correct part number for the part you need. If you do receive a damaged part or were shipped a part other than the part you ordered, please contact us immediately to rectify and for return instructions. Please do not attempt to return parts without contacting us first. Parts returned without first contacting us for return instructions will be sent back to you. All damaged parts must be returned to us within 30 days or restocking fees will apply. No parts will be accepted for return after 30 days. All returned parts that we accept must be in resalable condition, unless returned due to shipping damage.  Electrical parts cannot be returned. Only parts installed by an authorized dealer qualify for warranty coverage. Transmissions and frames need MSO and bill of sale before returning. Please make it easier on yourself and us by making sure you are order the right item for your application—year, make, and  model. 

Gator Eye Wear Returns

We do not accept returns on Gator Eye Wear except for special circumstances.  These will be charged a 20 percent restock fee if accepted and buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.  Please be sure of what you want when you order eyewear.

Errors & Omissions
Tony Chrome Customs does its best to make sure that all information on the web site is correct however we are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions and reserve to right to cancel a sale due to errors or omissions.

Backorders

Backorders are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will contact you after we have verified inventory and will give you the latest update on when we expect to see the product, at that stage you can decide whether you want to wait for the particular product or change to another product. 

Charges and Credit Card Order

Credit Cards are charged at time of approval by our secure merchant account provider.

Shipping

We reserve the right to ship with any carrier that we prefer to use regardless of cost, for example, UPS, USPS, and Fedex.  All orders are insured.  Some carriers required signature upon receipt due to insurance.  Please make sure that you will be available to receive package.   

Warranties

All of our products are first-quality items and carry the manufacturer’s full warranty.  We are licensed by all of the manufacturers to legally sell these parts so their warranty is valid.  Tony Chrome Customs makes no representations or warranties expressed or implied as to any of the products described or sold including fitment of product.  The manufacturer makes all final warranty decisions.  If they deny your warranty, we have no other recourse.  We will be happy to put you in contact with the manufacturer’s customer service department.  The manufacturer governs all warranties.  Please note some warranty items must be sent directly to the manufacturer, and not all manufacturers will reimburse shipping.

Any credit card information collected is not keep on file and will only be used for approved one time transaction.
